Natural gas broke out to the upside last week as the price rose above the early January highs of $2.495 per MMBtu. In my latest article for Seeking Alpha, I look at the current state of the natural gas market and explain why the fundamentals have improved, the market is now balanced between longs and shorts and why a rally to the $3 level is likely to encourage the shorts to come back for another try at the downside.
