Sweet Volatility In Sugar

The price of ICE sugar futures fell from 36 cents per pound in 2011 to lows of 10.13 cents in August 2015. Since then the sweet commodity has been showing some signs of life. In my latest article for About.com I examine the action in sugar and explain why the market has entered a period of high volatility and why this is likely to continue.
