Cotton Is Too Cheap

In 2011, cotton rose to all-time highs of $2.27 per pound, now the price is below 60 cents. In my latest work for QT Ag On line, I look at the cotton market and explain why although inventories remain high and the Chinese economy continues to cool this fiber could stage a recovery rally which would take it significantly higher on a percentage basis.
