This year the most powerful El Nino since 1997 is providing the world with weather surprises. Torrential rains in Asia caused the price of rice to explode between May and October. More recently the price of sugar has rallied aggressively. In my latest article for Seeking Alpha I look at some other agricultural commodities and how El Nino could shake them up in the months ahead.
